I want to use my merchandise for World AIDS Day on 1 December. When is the latest I can place my order?

If you would like your merchandise before World AIDS Day on Friday 1 December, we recommend placing your order by Friday 24 November. We can't gaurantee orders made after this time will get to you by World AIDS Day due to delays experienced by Australia Post. 

My fundraising event is not on 1 December but on another date in November. When should I place my order?

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible and shipping takes about 2-3 days. But just to be safe, we recommend allowing at least 5 working days.     

Can I sell red ribbons at my workplace or fundraising event?

What if my order is incorrect? What do I do?
